How to play
Every game has How to play on its start menu and in its pause menu, and shows you how it works the first time you play it.
The Daily Challenge
Every day brings three new games, the same for everyone, a little harder as the week goes on. They change at midnight in your local time. Play one to keep your streak going, and all three for the bonus.
Hints, helpers and ads
Each game gives you a few free hints or helpers. When they run out, you can watch a short ad to refill them; that is always your choice. In some games you can also watch one to keep going when the game would end (Revive). If no ad is available (for example when you are offline), you get it anyway. In the arcade games, the helpers are boosters.
In the free version, a short ad may appear between games or matches: never during play, never in the middle of the Daily, and at most once every few minutes.
Purchases
No forced ads (from version 3.0): removes the ads between games. Hints and helpers by ad stay optional.
Remove Ads (bought before version 3.0): you keep everything you paid for. You see no ads at all, and hints and helpers come without ads.
Bought it but still see ads? Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchase, signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy. Purchases also carry over to your other devices this way.
Refunds are handled by Apple: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, or contact Apple Support.
Progress, iCloud and a new iPhone
Your progress, stars, streak and settings are saved on your iPhone and synced through your own iCloud account. On a new iPhone, sign in with the same Apple ID and make sure iCloud is turned on, then open the app; your progress follows by itself. Games in progress stay on the device where you started them.
To delete your data: delete the app to remove it from your iPhone. To remove the iCloud copy, turn off iCloud for the app in iPhone Settings > [your name] > iCloud, or email us and we will help.
Reminders
Turn on the Daily reminder or the Streak reminder in the app's Settings. If they don't arrive, check that notifications for Aurora Games are allowed in iPhone Settings > Notifications, and that Focus or Do Not Disturb isn't hiding them.
Privacy and ad choices
The app has no account and sends nothing to servers of ours. Ads are shown by Google AdMob. To change your ad choices, open Settings in the app: Ad privacy choices (shown where the law requires it) and Personalized ads. Tracking can be changed in iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Read the full privacy policy: https://www.kneadit.no/aurora-queens-privacy-policy
Accessibility
The app supports VoiceOver. With Reduce Motion turned on (iPhone Settings > Accessibility > Motion) the big effects are replaced by gentle fades, and with Reduce Motion or Dim Flashing Lights the arcade lights stay calm. Sound and vibration can be turned off in the app's Settings.
Requirements
An iPhone with a recent version of iOS; the App Store page shows the exact requirement. The app works offline; ads and iCloud sync need a connection.
Something not working?
Close the app completely and open it again, and check that you have the latest version from the App Store. If the problem stays, email support@kneadit.no with what happened and, if you can, a screenshot or screen recording.
